On September 18, an alumni gathering was held at the Vilnius University Šiauliai Academy.
The event brought together not only graduates of the Vilnius University Šiauliai Academy but also alumni of Šiauliai University. During the warm and welcoming gathering, the attendees were greeted by the director, Prof. Dr. Renata Bilbokaitė, who expressed her delight at seeing that the sense of community continues even after graduation and assured everyone that alumni are always welcome to visit their professors, tour the campus, and socialize with one another.
Ieva Grinienė, President of the Vilnius University Šiauliai Academy Alumni Association, also addressed the gathering.
During the gathering, participants took a tour of the Vilnius University Šiauliai Academy, observed the changes that have taken place, toured the laboratories, took part in fun hands-on activities, and shared their impressions and memories from their student years. Later, they continued their conversations over a cup of tea and snacks. And after taking a breather, another treat awaited the alumni—a lively quiz, with the winners receiving Vilnius University merchandise.
The alumni reunion held at the Vilnius University Šiauliai Academy is one of the events of the Vilnius University Alumni Festival.
