Development and adaptation of econometric models for a quantitative analysis of the relationships between economic phenomena in the field of regional convergence, ecological outcomes of economic activity, growth-unemployment nexus and heterogeneous debt-growth nexus.

Present Position:

Full-time Senior Researcher and Professor at the Institute of Regional Development, Vilnius University Siauliai Academy.

·  2021-11-04 – 2023-08-31 Project “Possibilities of Determining the Resilience of Public Sector Organizations and its Impact on the Quality of Provided Services (VISA). EU structural funding (01.2.2-LMT-K-718-05-0036). Project leader responsible for qualitative and timely implementation of the project activity, developing a research strategy, design, and econometric analysis.

·  2019-07-01 – 2022-06-30 Researchers’ group project “Research on the heterogeneous growth effects of public debt (PUBDEB)” that has received funding from the Research Council of Lithuania under agreement No. S-MIP-19-65. Main implementer who is responsible for developing a research strategy, design and econometric analysis.

·  2017-12-27 – 2021-12-26 Project “Performance analysis system to examine the interactions between structural change, productivity and climate in agriculture.” EU structural funding, 9th priority. No. 09.3.3-LMT-K-712-01. A supporting researcher from 2019 04 01 until 2021 03 31. Responsible for econometric analysis.

·  2017-10-03 – 2020-09-30 Researchers’ group project “Assessment Model of the Return on the EU Regional Support (AMREUS)” that has received funding from the Research Council of Lithuania under agreement No. S-MIP-17-114. Project leader responsible for qualitative and timely implementation of the project activity, developing a research strategy, design, and econometric analysis.
